The Netherlands Gross Domestic Product grew by 2.1% in the three months to September, following 3.8% growth and 0.8% contraction in the two previous periods respectively. Annual growth now stands at 5.2%.
This period’s growth was driven by a resurgence in household consumption, amid easing coronavirus restrictions.
The Netherlands has since imposed a new lockdown as the omicron variant spread in the country.
